Felony cases, like drug possession and felony domestic violence charges, are prosecuted in the Superior Court of Hall County by the District Attorney of Hall County. A DUI can also be prosecuted as a felony if it is a person's fourth or more DUI charge in a 10 year period, a person was seriously injured, or a person was killed as a result of an accident.
