Madison County shares a District Attorney with Oglethorpe, Elbert, Hart, and Franklin counties. The DA and Superior Court judges are part of the Northern Judicial Circuit of Georgia. This circuit covers Madison, Oglethorpe, Elbert, Hart, and Franklin counties.
