The prosecution of all cases in the Superior Court of Oconee County is handled by the District Attorney of Oconee County after the case is transferred from the municipal court, probate court or magistrate court. The Superior Court DA and judges are part of the Western Judicial Circuit of Georgia, which encompasses Clarke and Oconee Counties.
